Episode 38 - The Downey, Jr. Initiative

With the release of its highly-anticipated sequel just a week away, Nick and I look back at Jon Favreau's 2008 superhero blockbuster "Iron Man"! Beyond its merits as "The Best Movie of All-Time!", we look at its place as the world's reintroduction to the unerring awesomeness of Robert Downey, Jr., speculate (as only nerds can) about where the Marvel Cinematic Universe is headed, and help Nick deal with some issues with this, the first big screen adventure of Tony Stark. Plus, good actors in shitty roles and one of the worst Arnold Schwarzenegger impressions you're likely to ever hear!

Episode 37 - Pond Therapy

At long last, the O.U.P. comes to the patio of my apartment building as Nick and I pick up the proverbial pieces of a weekend fraught with misplaced sandwiches, shady characters, and the infuriating developments in the life of a former friend. Plus, the secrets of a vice revealed and the return of the hold music!

Episode 36 - The Jeanne Tripplehorn Fan Club

All things considered, I don't feel that Nick and I gave this week's "Best Movie of All-Time!" the attention it truly deserved. The film in question, Shawn Levy's uber-recent 2010 release "Date Night" (starring comedy awesome sauce Steve Carell and Tina Fey), is quite the hoot...but I fear that the taste of delicious pizza, a lovesick-for-Amy-Pond yours truly, and the villainous fan on my MacBook may have shortchanged it. You be the judge! (...and see this movie! You'll be glad you did!)

Episode 35 - Late for Supper

In what may be our most offensive conversation to date (kidding...maybe), Nick and I tackle quite possibly our most diverse collection of topics yet, including the tragic life of a TV-turned-movie theatre preshow personality, a recent project of a celebrity from my local area, and unnecessary modifications to "The Diary of Anne Frank". Plus, celebrity polygamy and the age-old mystery of just what exactly makes water hard!

Episode 34 - Better Than All The Rest-ler

This week's episode is set for one fall and it is for "The Best Movie of All-Time!". Yes, in honor of this past week's presentation of Wrestlemania XXVI, Nick and I drink in the majesty that is 2000's World Championship Wrestling/Warner Bros. collaboration, "Ready to Rumble"! Delight as we try to figure out just exactly what is wrong with David Arquette, put Hollywood legend Martin Landau in the grave a bit too early, and cease discussing the film entirely for the majority of the episode. Plus, Scott Caan's latent homosexuality and THE MAN CALLED STING!!!
